Meet the women behind Sojo

Arabah Joy is wife to Jackson, adoptive and biological mom to 4. Her 25 years in ministry include church planting, 14 years of overseas missionary service, writing, and mentoring.

AJ especially loves sharing Bible study methods so others can experience the same life-transforming power of God's word that she has.

She has written books, resources, and prayer challenges, including her best-selling 40-day devotional,  Trust Without Border… but secretly hopes her moonwalking skills will go viral on YouTube one day.

Jen Evangelista is the wife of over 27 years to Brad, who is currently serving as the Lead Pastor of a church they planted in Georgia.  She's the mom of 4 awesome kids, a beautiful DIL, and a perfect grandson.  She is also a practicing Pediatrician.

Jen has a passion for the local church, missions, teaching women, and the Gospel.  You will often find that someone from her family is overseas walking alongside believers from other cultures and nations.

Jen shares creative ways to study God's Word on the Grace in Color website and loves digging deeper into the truth of the Gospel with other women.

The Sojo Team

Sojo Support Director

Trista Israelow lives in small-town, Texas with her two beautiful children and is the oil that keeps the Sojo machine running!  She not only helps with customer service issues that arise but is behind the scenes in almost every aspect of Sojo.  Plus, she keeps Jen and AJ on task (at least she tries).  Trista is an integral part of the team and we are blessed to have her.

Marketing Manager

Veronica Tostes lives in Florida with her husband and sweet puppy.  She runs The Sojo Show podcast (truly, it wouldn't happen without her) along with setting up back-end marketing stuff Jen and AJ are not very good at :).  She's a joy, is full of awesome ideas, and we are so glad she is part of the Sojo team!

Community Manager

Julie is the wife to Jon and homeschooling mom to their six kids.  You'll hear from her in the Sojo inbox and in our FB community (among other things).  She has a heart to serve women and is a blessing to our team.  When she's not serving the women of Sojo, she blogs at The Hallway Initiative.
